How i got here:
I originally trained as a children's nurse, driven by a lifelong passion for caring for others and a fascination with our own unique experiences. In that world, I learned the true meaning of advocacy—standing up for those who need it most and ensuring every voice is heard.
The most important lesson I learned is that what a 'full life' means is individual to us all.
Over time, I found myself drawn toward a more holistic view of health. We all have our own values and goals that add meaning to our lives, and only you can truly decide what matters to you. I recognized the vital role we each play in our own personal growth, and I realized what a privilege it is to empower others to tune into what it is they truly want, and how to get there.
Following this new outlook I started on the path to become a counsellor, and found myself in awe of hypnotherapy as a tool for change and strengthening the connection between the conscious and subconscious mind. The most sustainable change happens when we empower people to help themselves.
Hypnotherapy is the ultimate tool for this kind of self-advocacy. It allows us to go deeper than traditional conversation, reaching the parts of your subconscious where your unique goals and values truly live. My role is to facilitate that connection, providing the space for you to align your inner world with your true self. It is a privilege to support you as you tap into your own internal resources and step into the version of life that you’ve decided matters most.
Along this journey, I also came to understand more about my own neurodivergence. This has deepened my awareness of how differently people can experience and process the world, and has shaped the way I now work. I understand the importance of tailoring my approach to the individual, offering a supportive, adapted approach rather than a one-size-fits-all method.
